We are a small non-profit working to serve people with development disabilities. We have been upgrading our business model, moving, and in the process getting the first real phone system to serve both us and our clients. Needless to say none of the staff is high on the tech knowledge list, but 8x8 provides a service that the staff is delighted with, even though it will be a while until we use it to the fullest. In addition, we have cut costs, which is importnat to us.

We have only had the new phone system for about 2 weeks so far but already it has increased productivity. Our phones are no longer monsters that we avoid at all costs thanks to the upgraded equipment that came with our service package. I especially love the option to call from my MacBook and have the call transferred over to my desk phone! Thanks, Arthur

I love the that I can answer calls on my smart phone with the 8 x 8 app because if I am out of the office I don't miss any important calls.

I like that the phones are now integrated with my laptop. Having the caller ID pop up on the computer and the ability to receive and make calls from my computer helps save time and adds a real convenience factor for me. The real time chat saves us from calling across the office or having to use email, I like the fact that it's in real time. We were also dropping calls left and right with our old company and since switching to 8x8 this has drastically improved as well as call clarity.

8x8 is a great tool for my sales team to use when we are tracking activity and efficiency. I can't think of a better service for us to use to accomplish that goal!
