With only a few people to answer the phones throughout the day we love being able to use the application on our cell phones to be able to answer the phone from anywhere in the building or from home if we have to!! We also love the instant messenger application on the computer for quick contact when a phone call isn't necessary!
I have to admit I have had my share of complication with 8X8 but when it gets down to it, its the best. My favorite thing about Virtual Office is the fax machine. I can get my faxes and automatically save them to my desktop and I dont have to use or waste paper. I applaud whomever created this service. I am a Receptionist and it really comes in handy when a Vendor/Customer comes in to see somebody. All I have to do is look on the screen to see what number it is and I dial it up. Also when I have a call I can see who it is and the phone number. It saves me a lot of time and less paper.

Easy to use. voice mails show up right away. dose not have a long menu to get to voice messages when im busy. I really like how easy it is to use the system and even get in to record me message of why I cant pick up my phone and that I can call people right back from the voice mail in box system. thank you for making it easy for me to do my job
We are an small electrical contractor in Portland, Oregon, and needed a more professional way of answering our phones and transferring calls. We love the many features like email notifications for voice mails, It makes us look and sound like the big guys we compete with, without the huge expense of a phone system. Also the availability to easily change settings in the control panel, we have been a long time customer, and have referred other small businesses.
That my voice messages get sent to me via email. I spend a lot of time on the road and this is great!!!
I like the VOIP feature the most because we are constantly moving in and out of the US. The service is very versatile.
