I have been here for thirty days. The service is unreal. I put a maintenance request on the app, people at my apartment before the day is over. I got the best view of DC on top of my apartment. Very nice gym. Security is on point. I visited many apartments but 901 W was my fourth visit of that day, it was also my last visit too. The rest has been history.

Within the year I have lived at 901W, I have enjoyed my stay. The amenities are top-notch and the staff is friendly and always available for anything that I need. From the concierge desk to the maintenance staff specially Jose which I always practice my Spanish with. Sam The Manager is very professional and kind and Elisha is wonderful to work with! One of the elevators (there are only two) has been out for over a month. Last email we got was in November 21st, saying repairs would be completed no later than the 26th. It’s December 4th and no one has heard anything since. They did send an email on the 24th when the other elevator broke to tell us that both elevators were broken, but no status update on the elevator that was supposed to be fixed on the 26th. We moved into this building early June of 2021 and overall have had a great experience!! Concierge is extremely friendly and the design of the units are beautiful! Pros: Apartments are spacious, amazing amenities with the gym, pool, lounge, and rooftop sitting ares, concierge is always super helpful and nice, close to lots of restaurants and activities, super close to the metro, they offer a lot of cool services, and host pretty sweet events, feels safe! The building is in a great location, but unfortunately it has several major design flaws - one of which being the metal rungs on the outside of the building. Birds love to roost in these rungs and they completely destroy the outside of the windows. Unfortunately, management will only clean the windows once a year (in the fall), so you're out of luck if they clean the windows before the fall migration.
