Very nice people here. I was having a hard time and the hug and reassurance from the dentists assistant was much appreciated. Thank you also to the recieption lady who had to read me the questions on the new client form to me after the procedure, because i was too upset from the procedure itself. (My nose was stuffy and the rubber dam used in the procedure made it hard to breathe) I know it must be used but it was definitely anxiety inducing. 😅
My husband and I are so grateful for Dr Erkan and her wonderful team at 9th line! In a dental emergency, my husband broke his tooth and they were the only nearby office that could see patients with such short notice....We dropped in close to closing and they were effecient, thorough, and gently gave us our options. The xray was quick, painless, and Dr. Erkan explained each step of her procedure plan before beginning and while treating him. We'd recommend her and her staff as general dentist or for any emergencies.
Lovely staff and incredibly fast working. Dr Fadi did my wisdom teeth extraction and was done under half an hour. Felt nothing and he was super sweet! Also a big thank you to Dr. Ece Erkan and Linda at the front:) such awesome people and very accommodating.
