Mike and the A1 Appliance team not only got us a great deal but also had some good installers and took care of a missing cable very quickly and seamlessly. Highly recommended!
The staff at A-1 Appliance were courteous and helpful in the final selection of the Bosch dishwasher. The two technicians that installed the dishwasher were very courteous and competent. Overall it was a very good experience. The only very small downside was that it took almost a month between the order and the dishwasher installation. I am the dishwasher at home...the downside is that my hands got wrinkled from all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils I washed by hand for that month. :-)
A1 has a great team all around. Mike W. in sales listened to our needs and provided great options. We had a tricky area to fit a new fridge and he came out to help us evaluate. The delivery guys took great care when removing the old fridge and installing the new one. It fit perfectly and is exactly what we wanted. I wouldn’t think twice about using them again.
Very knowledgeable about appliances, I purchased a washer and dryer. The store was clean and had multiple units to choose from. Delivery and setup was in a timely manner with great customer service.
Julia is the BEST. I had shopped several box stores, never once did any of them follow up. I met Julia at the Home Show I was working. Julia was the perfect fit for our family.. If I had a question or whatever the case. she was available BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
