We remodeled our kitchen and replaced appliances (stove, dishwasher, wine cooler). Pete was so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our new appliances!! The store has a great selection for a wide range of budgets and needs. The staff was very friendly and called/emailed us with delivery updates etc. The whole process was very smooth. Our experience with A-1 Appliance of Rocklin was great as we ordered our appliances for our kitchen remodel. Our salesman Garrett was outstanding and we decided to go with A-1 due to Garrett’s customer care and expertise. We went to a few other appliance stores and felt very comfortable with Garrett. HOWEVER once we were ready for the delivery of our appliances that’s where the customer care went south. The delivery options were never explained to us by Garrett. We ordered 6 appliances from A-1. Their service was excellent and we love the appliances. Our only complaint is that there were two small glitches on the install that caused a short delay and the communication between A-1 and their installer was not smooth.
