We did a kitchen remodel last year where A-1 supplied all but a new refrigerator since we were not ready to replace that. Now ready, I was able to call Pete who explained my options, gave me a great price, and had the fridge here in just a few weeks. It couldn't have gone more easily and smoothly. The delivery crew was so professional, careful, and friendly. I really appreciate the care and personal approach of A-1!
Our experience with A-1 Appliance has been absolutely amazing and we would recommend them to everyone! Our oven had failed and could not be repaired and they provided us with a loaner oven at NO-Charge to hold us over until our new appliances arrived. Kevin at your Rocklin Store was absolutely the best! Great Customer Service! He ordered our hard to find microwave and we can get it tomorrow! And it was on sale! We have never shopped at A-1 but you now have new customers for life!
For three days, I’ve been speaking with Garrett in sales at the Rocklin location, trying to get a new dryer for my elderly and physically impaired mother. He’s promised me callbacks and quotes and research every day BUT has not called me back one time. He was very nice on the phone and very professional I had no reason to doubt that he would fulfill his commitment to me, but he failed to do so.
