Our RV, and other RV's at the storage facility, were broken into and being lived in by squatters. The police were able to get in touch with the owner, but we cannot. They haven't responded to our requests to get in touch with us either. Prior to this experience, they offered us a temporary discounted rate if we would leave a five star review - so I wouldn't trust all of these positive reviews. Our fifth wheel was broken into and was being lived in at this storage unit, and other RVs on site showed evidence of being broken into. They also stole our TV's, used the toilet, smoked cigarettes, and we have other damage and clean up to deal with as well. We can't get in touch with the office and their answering machine is full. I do not recommend having anything stored at a facility like this without 24 hour surveillance and without the ability to contact someone when there is a serious issue such as this.
