RecommendedWe had an inground concrete pool installed by Lux Custom Pools and Spas and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The design team and our project manager made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Our backyard has truly been transformed into the perfect oasis and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star experience!

Justin the Supervisor is very unprofessional an alot of them pools they service are still nasty as hell when they leave if I could give zero stars thats what they would get
this company took advantage of me for the entire summer of 2024. They assured me they were maintaining my pool all the while they were billing me excessive amounts and not maintaining my pool at all. I have been in communication with several owners that I’ve been affiliated with Lux, custom pools, and, they were taken advantage of in the same way if you are thinking about hiring this company to maintain your pool don’t! find another company
I was warned about this company by my neighbor and wish I listened. Hopefully you will. I feel compelled to share my frustrations. They are good at taking your money but poor at working for it. I had the incredibly disappointing the unfortunate experience of working with Lux Custom Pools, and I must say, their lack of integrity and professionalism is unsettling.
