where is the dislike button. I purchased a set of mattresses on Monday and they delivered them today. Sarah, the salesperson told me that they would remove the old mattresses. Of course she failed to write that on the receipt. Guess what, they did not remove them. The manager told me he wouldn't take sides. Whatever happened to the customer is always right.
