I have had nothing but poor experiences when using their storage. It's almost impossible to cancel and they're trying to charge me for an empty space. I got rid of the lock and they're trying to charge me for a "Lock cut" fee. Not only have I called them to resolve this issue but they think I'm going to pay their stupid "default". Go anywhere else than this place.
I was surprised how easy and friendly it was to rent a storage space. I will tell my friends if they want a great deal. Thanks and have a Good Day!
I like the customer service from the office at Country Club Rd, the ladies there are, attentive and friendly, I totally recommend this storage because besides the friendly staff the affordable prices is plus.
Kaitlyn is very friendly and efficient, and she manages an excellent storage facility. I've stored my car twice at her facility for several months each time and everything was perfect both times. Excellent customer service, price, and access.
Been storing my 5th wheel in winter months there for 6.yrs never a problem. Also they have rodent bait traps so never a problem with them. The lady there very helpful and friendly.
