If you are choosing to rent from A Family Storage, the Swan location is the best. I have rented a few around town over the years, but I must say Noemi Lara is the best site manager. She works hard to get things done and meet your storage needs. She has a great personality & customer service skills you can trust. Noemi keeps the storage facility running smoothly and securely. If you are looking for a place to secure your belongings & that has a professional & friendly site manager, the Swan location is the place
Highly DO NOT recommend. Take your business to RightSpace storage or somewhere else. My items were sold at an auction for being over a month late, other storage units would NEVER. Life happens to people & I’ve had amazing experiences at other storage units but A-Family happily sold my family heirloom for a small dollar

Very nice and clean storage. Very convenient and staff are very nice and professional. Very reasonable price when I first signed up for it. But the new rate price I think it will drive the customers out because the economy is not good and it no need to raise the rate at the moment. So that when I decide cancel the rent. Other than that, everything is good for me.
Naomi at the swan location was very welcoming with my daughter and I .Super patient and very professional while I was obtaining the info needed . With the holidays and moving she made this a smooth transition. I left satisfied and all information at hand from code to app info to faster access my storage .Her vibe was very joyful and super cute office decor . 👌👌
