Very nice and clean storage. Very convenient and staff are very nice and professional. Very reasonable price when I first signed up for it. But the new rate price I think it will drive the customers out because the economy is not good and it no need to raise the rate at the moment. So that when I decide cancel the rent. Other than that, everything is good for me.
I recently rented 2 storage unit at the Swan and 29th location during our move, and I was immediately impressed by how clean and welcoming the place was specially thanks to Noemi. She had her area smelling great, decorated nicely, and clearly takes pride in keeping the facility in top shape. Jessica who works there is amazing! I was helping my brother move and it was so chaotic! With that all happening I wasn’t to most nicest customer but she took it all in stride and understood the dire time limit we were under. She was very lovely and so nice! I did apologize for my behavior (while I wasn’t outright rude I was very cold due to my irritation of the situation, but that doesn’t exempt me for my behavior. This is in regards to a manager named Julie. She was very disrespectful to me, called me names and called me a scumbag. We have been a customer for about a year and we are on vacation in Tennessee. Our card was fraud and we ended up getting a new card which took us off auto pay and we get a call from a manager stating that we missed a payment and we tried offering paying it over the phone. They would not take over the phone the guy said we could come back in on the eighth And make the payment in person with no late charges ... read more
