I've had a great experience with A Family Storage on Swan! Noemi made everything fast, convenient and was super hospitable. 5 stars, highly recommend!
If you are choosing to rent from A Family Storage, the Swan location is the best. I have rented a few around town over the years, but I must say Noemi Lara is the best site manager. She works hard to get things done and meet your storage needs. She has a great personality & customer service skills you can trust. Noemi keeps the storage facility running smoothly and securely. If you are looking for a place to secure your belongings & that has a professional & friendly site manager, the Swan location is the place
Incredibly friendly and helpful. We switched our existing unit to A Family Storage and they helped us find something that would suit our needs and fit our budget. Amazing staff!
Highly DO NOT recommend. Take your business to RightSpace storage or somewhere else. My items were sold at an auction for being over a month late, other storage units would NEVER. Life happens to people & I’ve had amazing experiences at other storage units but A-Family happily sold my family heirloom for a small dollar
Noemi had a great attitude and help us out quickly and efficiently, was there for 30 min and got a great deal
