It may be just a storage facility, however what stood out for me was the service. I was emptying a unit with my parents belongings and on a tight time frame with many questions on how to delegate which items needed to be kept, donated or tossed. Mia the site manager was EXTREMELY helpful with this problem and shaved off hours of work for me so I could keep my travel schedule. The manager was great but they started raising rates very quickly and they became too expensive compared to other units nearby. Also, the speed bumps in the facility were just obnoxious. I moved to another facility 1 mile away at $70 a month less for the same 10x20 unit.
I needed a space for 6 months. Pricing was straight forward, the unit was clean and accessible. Mia, the property manager was always available for questions. Convenient and easy.Thanks.
Mia at A-Family Storage on Tanque Verde Rd. was excellent in giving out information about storage sizes, gate opening and all of this said with a wonderful smile. Also.....very easy to talk to. I would recommend this company completely.
