Very bad start but better now. Short version. Signed contract Saturday and paid bill. Sunday showed up with a trailer full of stuff and the unit still had the facility lock on it, and there was no one working to help me. Although not good in the beginning the issue is now fixed. It appeared the employee who didn't remove the lock before I checked in was only temporary filling in for the permanent employee who was out. I was given access on Monday.
