It may be just a storage facility, however what stood out for me was the service. I was emptying a unit with my parents belongings and on a tight time frame with many questions on how to delegate which items needed to be kept, donated or tossed. Mia the site manager was EXTREMELY helpful with this problem and shaved off hours of work for me so I could keep my travel schedule. Very bad start but better now. Short version. Signed contract Saturday and paid bill. Sunday showed up with a trailer full of stuff and the unit still had the facility lock on it, and there was no one working to help me. Although not good in the beginning the issue is now fixed. It appeared the employee who didn't remove the lock before I checked in was only temporary filling in for the permanent employee who was out. I was given access on Monday. The best place to use if you need to rent a storage unit. Mia is the kindest courteous person I have ever met. Always so helpful and kind. Excellent employee very good job hiring her!
The manager was great but they started raising rates very quickly and they became too expensive compared to other units nearby. Also, the speed bumps in the facility were just obnoxious. I moved to another facility 1 mile away at $70 a month less for the same 10x20 unit.
