Shout out to Jessica and Kayla for helping me make this process of losing my father easier for me! They were quick and efficient on helping me get access to his storage unit and getting it all sorted out for me! So grateful! I know my dad has been using this company for years, and he sang praises! 10/10 recommend!
WARNING: Deceptive Practices, Property Damage, and Coverage Bait-and-Switch - 2026 I am writing this to warn others of unlawful and deceptive business practices I experienced at this facility. After storing brand-new furniture, and much under 6 months of purchase my items were returned infested with carpet beetles and rodent mites, totaling $3,412.94 in damages. Worst self storage ever. Twice in the past 6 weeks their gate has been broken, they do not inform their customers at all. Both times our lock was cut off and this time our unit was ransacked and items stolen. They take zero responsibility, Mario is super rude and lazy and they charge too much for their crappy service. Would not recommend and we will be moving what items are left.
I had a wonderful experience over the past year of renting a storage unit from them. I moved from my house and used it as a temporary staging unit to clean and organize my life. I got my unit the same day and moved right in. Good communication, easy online portal for payments and managing my unit, and great staff!
