We have used A Family Storage for over a decade. I would highly recommend this business, Jessica is Amazing and provides great top notch customer service with a smile. She is wonderful and we appreciate her so much! If you are looking for a storage unit this is the place to go!
It’s a nice, clean facility. The staff is always friendly and caring. I had a parking spot for my trailer and a 10’x20’ storage unit. They were both very nice with plenty of room.
I have always had warm, friendly, helpful service with A Family Storage. We have been with them for many years abd will use their services ,if needed, in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I would definitely recommend this location 8950 E Speedway Blvd 85710. Jessica the manager is awesome and keeps this place looking amazing, also the storage units are very clean I've never had any issues with rats destroying my furniture or other pests like so many other companies. Jessica is also very nice and outgoing and will work with you with certain issues like she did with me when I was moving in during the HOT summer of last yr, she was so thoughtful and understanding and gave me a few extra hours after closing. The facility has been great to use for storage. It is clean, well cared for and ultimately very secure. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to mess with codes or keys and can just use my phone to access the facility and my units. Jessica is very communicative and has been a pleasure to work with the couple times I've had questions. Thank you very much!
