I rented from A Family Rental for almost 1.5 years. I truly appreciate the care and dedication they give to their services. It was simple, easy & reliable. Comfort knows his stuff and was very helpful. He is kind, respectful & positive. I rate a 4 store because there was access mouse droppings in the unit when I arrived a few times. I love working with the manager, Comfort. He is very knowledgeable, professional and cares about his tenants. Ive been a tenant there for years, sometimes having to move things around and I've never felt like a burden. He is always very welcoming and helpful with anything I need.
Do Not use this company… they quote a price and then pad the bill with excessive boxes, paper, time and man power! They sent out 2 men to my house.. said they were sending three.. then sent 3 more people out.. totalling 5 big men…. Left my coat closet with all my coats… I had boxes packed.. some boxes they repacked.. some boxes they left at the old house.. when starting to unpack.. boxes and boxes were filled with paper( lots of paper) with only a throw pillow and a very small desk lamp in a huge garment box.. and many other... read more
Excellent! I’ve been a customer for 2 years. Clean, courteous and excellent customer service. The local manager is outstanding!
My experience was very good. I called on the phone and inquired about availability of a spot for my camper. The response was fast and I was able to reserve a spot for the camper and received a great rate. Upon arriving at the facility I was greeted by an excellent individual who completed the contract work and helped me with all I needed to know to make my use of the facility understandable and easy.
