Brianna, the intern, was knowledgeable , timely and gave me the perfect break down of bills when I asked for an amount and small bills only. I was surprised. Very refreshing experience. She also caught the need for international notice and helped me quickly.
I had an issue arise on a couple of occasions that caused some frustration. Amanda the manager came and handled the situation with fantastic professionalism. The issue came up again and I spoke to someone on the general number who was helpful. Amanda took it upon herself to call me personally to explain the situation and make sure I knew proper steps to ensure there won’t be an issue again. Terrible experience the app never works, the constantly steal money, it’s hard to speak to anyone to get anything down they just can’t ever do anything they say
I went to deposit a check through the drive though and the teller made the deposit for less than half of the amount that the check was for because she didn't verify the amount of the check with me or read the check properly. I was then told that there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact the person I got the check from. Seems like there should be some sort of system in place to prevent this.
