I had an issue arise on a couple of occasions that caused some frustration. Amanda the manager came and handled the situation with fantastic professionalism. The issue came up again and I spoke to someone on the general number who was helpful. Amanda took it upon herself to call me personally to explain the situation and make sure I knew proper steps to ensure there won’t be an issue again. I went to deposit a check through the drive though and the teller made the deposit for less than half of the amount that the check was for because she didn't verify the amount of the check with me or read the check properly. I was then told that there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact the person I got the check from. Seems like there should be some sort of system in place to prevent this.
If I could give negative or zero stars that would be a better option. Their ATM "ate" some of my cash , almost $200!!! I had to file a dispute and wait to get my own money back. Then two weeks later they took that money back out of my account with out even notifying me! The credit union just stole my money!!! DO NOT OPEN an account here! If you already have one NEVER use their ATM!!
Always been a member of a credit union and A+ is the best. Most friendly and helpful people. Always a smile and offers to help, in person and online. Have been a client of A+ for 19 years and have never regretted. So much better than a bank.
Terrible...customer service? Ha! No way. Ive never felt so thrown around by any institution. Nor have I ever had my money held hostage by any institution. This CU is trash and I will DEFINITELY be closing my account. I would never recommend them to anyone. Period.
