Some very caring sitters, some very unhealthy sitters. The people working need more training! The business office is responsive but we have also had some serious problems that aren’t addressed. Recommendation: staff need to contact family members regularly to be informed about sitters strengths and weaknesses . Our best sitters and the absolute worse sitters have come from this agency…an angel and a scary thief. First Basis Home Care, is a great place to work for. From day one Mrs.Madison has went above and beyond to help me get started with thus job. Since I have started everyone I talk to are kind and caring people.
