Some very caring sitters, some very unhealthy sitters. The people working need more training! The business office is responsive but we have also had some serious problems that aren’t addressed. Recommendation: staff need to contact family members regularly to be informed about sitters strengths and weaknesses . Our best sitters and the absolute worse sitters have come from this agency…an angel and a scary thief. Great caregiver, friendly staff and the Care Managers that handle my daughter's case couldn't be better!!!
I love using A First Name Basis for my daughter's services. They are respectful and helpful. I know if an issue arises, they will do whatever they can to resolve it
