The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I have to give one to leave a rating. Otherwise, I'd have given none. First, they provided me with a home health care aide who was unreliable at showing up when she was supposed to. Then, the next one who they sent complained about having to clean the kitchen. She complained 3 times, even though she was only in my home twice. All the other times she rode with me to doctors appointments. They claimed they would do "light housework ", saying at first they'd clean a little and help... read more
I have been employed as a caregiver with them a year now and I would say the staff was nice. Shifts are manageable. I would recommend them anyday.
Great Team of People working together to ensure the highest level of care for their clients by making sure the caregivers are professional and experienced!
For many days did not have workers. On others for only have of hours allotted. My son's care fell back on elderly parents.
