Pay is unsatisfactory
I have been asking for a morning shift for almost a year now and they claimed to write my name down for one. Lately, two morning shifts have came and when I called to ask about them it was always I forgot so I’ll say their communication is horrible. I’ve had several shifts on my calendar erased without letting me know with a call or text. I have been to several homes whereas made blank trips due to the fact no one answered the door or they forgot to tell me they was in the hospital or nursing home.
