My PCA is a baby doll literally. The young lady comes in and just starts with him every so often she’ll come and ask me if I’m good if I need anything, she’s family she is a part of my family. Now I have two young granddaughters they love her she lost children. My daughter’s not here all the time when she comes, but she loves her too. They take good care of my father. His caregiver is the best. The supervisors always check on him.
Good place to work. I’m not stressed like I have been in past jobs.
Don't think they profession they don't conduct business in the order it should be taken. I always have problems with a replacement caregiver as well trying to find one that knows what to do.i does have one caregiver that works pretty well but when she not able to come they can't find a fill in. Ask me they very short on caregiver.
The care giver goes beyond what is required. I’m very grateful for this program. I would strongly recommend this company.
