Don't think they profession they don't conduct business in the order it should be taken. I always have problems with a replacement caregiver as well trying to find one that knows what to do.i does have one caregiver that works pretty well but when she not able to come they can't find a fill in. Ask me they very short on caregiver.
The care giver goes beyond what is required. I’m very grateful for this program. I would strongly recommend this company.
My care has been exceptional. My care giver goes above and beyond expectations and I couldn't ask for a better worker. First worker that I have had that I DON'T FEEL that I could replace her and don't wish to try.
I have a really good caregiver. I sincerely appreciate her and First name basis.
The management at the Tupelo office is absolutely horrible. And they lie to you about everything. And because my mothers caregiver that was an angel and the best caregiver ever told us the truth about them taking her away from my mother they fired her. Well someone should have told us because the manager sure didn’t. I would not go with this company if you need a caregiver just because the management is so bad.
