A Gentle Touch Homecare does a wonderful job helping clients get the care they need, and quickly. They are professional in their conduct, caring in their services, and go the extra mile to work with partners and providers to assist patients with their needs. One of the employees helping a client receive homecare services noticed that there was a need for a new walker and wheelchair. Untrained CNAs not qualified for actual CARE. My dad had a fall on the CNAs watch and he yelled at her for help for 15-20 minutes and had to get himself up off the floor and call me at work. We ended up in the ER because of this CNAs negligence. And the CNA went home without making me or anyone aware of his fall!!!!??? I called to make a complaint and we will be finding a new home care facility….
