Hello, I’ve been working for gentle touch for almost a year now and I can absolutely say they are a wonderful company to work for! Anytime something’s come up in my hectic life, they are always so caring & understanding and always works with my schedule! The staff are amazing, friendly & just good company to be around! I highly recommend this place for employment & their services! I know I love my job with a passion & I can say there’s alot more of us that’ll love to help your loved ones if looking for in home health care!
A Gentle Touch Homecare does a wonderful job helping clients get the care they need, and quickly. They are professional in their conduct, caring in their services, and go the extra mile to work with partners and providers to assist patients with their needs. One of the employees helping a client receive homecare services noticed that there was a need for a new walker and wheelchair. A Gentle Touch is a great solution for loved ones at home who need help with day to day items. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing! I am so thankful for the support they have given my grandma and for all the kindness the staff has shown us. Highly recommend!!
It’s a great place to work at. They are able to accommodate for me and that’s what I really like. Great people to work with staff and client wise. My only issue is with communication between people at the office, their caregivers/CNAs, and the clients or family of the clients that could use some work on. Great company all around who care about their employees and clients.
