Our first pool - we were super nervous and met with several builders. Bob and his team were our choice because he is a no-BS guy who gave the impression that he would get the job done as described and would work well with us throughout the process. All of that was true! He advised us when we needed advice, got teams out when he said they'd be out, personally supervised the teams, and met with us/returned texts/spoke on the phone whenever we had questions. Bob is the Man! He crushed his timeline and came in under budget; but the best thing has been post pool completion he is always available to help. I don’t know anything about pools or pool equipment and Bob always answers the phone and helps me with all my questions! Elisha is super responsive to help with material ordering, subs scheduling and administrative stuff. Thank you Bob and Elisha!
Before and after pictures in just one week. Bob and his team started our pool construction late in the fall, and were able to accomplish so much before the cold weather set in. In 7 days they cleared the space, dug the hole, laid the plumbing and rebar, and poured the concrete. I’ve never seen a project go so fast and efficiently. Much of what I could say about A Pool and Spa has already been expressed in previous reviews, so I’ll keep this short. We chose A Pool and Spa because the pricing was fair, the process was simple, the build timeline was impressively fast, and we felt confident in the level of care we’d receive after the project was complete. Our pool build stayed right on schedule—digging began on April 9, gunite/shotcrete followed a week later, and plaster was completed on May 31.
