Had an issue, the company supposedly responded in the reviews and asked me to contact them so they could address the issue. I did contact them and as of almost 2 MONTHS since they reached out, no response. Still. GO the other way! There are plenty of other storage options that will appreciate your business.

UPDATE - someone named Alyssa at A+ Storage requested (you can read it below) I reach out to them so they can "address my concerns directly". I replied almost immediately to the email they provided and there has been NO RESPONSE. ================ The pluses - The storage units are clean, and the climate controlled units seem to be consistently climate controlled, which would be the minimum one would expect. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! This place is absolute trash shit hole. It has roof leaks and constantly floods. My girlfriend went to her unit a month ago to retrieve something and found the unit to be flooded with an active roof leak. Management told her to move her things to a new unit, two units down. Her couches and precious family heirlooms were absolutely destroyed and covered in mold. Fast forward a month later, I go with her to retrieve the leftovers of her property that survived the first flooded unit, to find the SECOND unit... read more
This place is an example of how not to do business. If I could give negative stars I would. I signed up with them online and they quoted me a price of $99.00 a month which I was fine with. So when I arrived the young lady said the unit was rented to someone else and that she had another unit and I would only be charged $79.00 per month. I had already been charged $130.00 and they gave my unit to someone else. She then proceeded to tell me that I would get a refund of $60.00 because I was overcharged so I said great. Tw... read more
