Zero stars!! After spending $180.00 for screening and passed all background checks, credit check, work check and dogs were approved.we were denied for renting a home. Only because we couldnt prove to years of rental history. I was totally prepared to spend almost $7000 deposit and first months rent to get into the home and now we have nothing and were out $180!!
These people are dishonest criminals...My partner and I have each rented several homes and apartments in the past, and have always left each and every one in equal or better condition that it was given to us. After, I reviewed everything, I realized that even though you painted and that is usually something we do not allow, in this case it probably should have been painted before you moved in. I am refunding the entire painting charge today along with a few other items we talked about.Thank you for all you did for the home during the time you were there. We were lucky to have you as a tenant.
