Good rental company. Excellent communication, very receptive to questions and quick to respond. First time I've rented from a property company in YEARS, but they've made the entire process very smooth and as painless as possible. I feel like they were just as excited for us to get our rental place as we were! Super happy to be renting from them.

This is the best management company in town by a long shot. Andee (owner) has done a really great job of building a business with ample staff to manage their clients' properties effectively. She has staff members dedicated to maintenance, leasing, accounting, etc.. Kristen (manager) is one of the best Realtors I have ever met. After managing my own properties for about 10 years, I hired A Superior Property Management Company a couple years ago on a trial basis and have been very happy with them. They have been consistently proactive and fair in their management of my rental properties, including inspections, maintenance, securing and working with tenants and dealing with the HOA.
