Manager was rude and unprofessional. He was cussing at me and yelling so I hung up he then proceed to call Mr back over and over calling me names and even when he made me cry he still wouldn't stop. Do not conduct your buisness with these people was worst experience ever.
When we needing storage units A-Z came through, they were able to find 2 units next to each other for us. And when we didn't need the second one any longer they made it so easy. I highly recommend A-Z to anyone who needs storage either for short term or long.
Staff were quick to respond, professional, and understanding of my storage needs. I would absolutely work with them again.
Hi, the staff at A-to-Z storage are awesome and Incredibly thoughtful when it comes to customer service and showing loyalty to their customers! & in going out of their way to being there when you show up at later times or earlier than usual to pick up your package, I live in Canada and there has been many times that I arrived past 8:30 PM due to work and border traffic or before 7 AM Before work but never have been denied or ignored when he came to picking up my packages or having my phone call returned shortly after leavi... read more
Kami and Greg are simply amazing!!! Our family has been using this business for a long time and there hasn't been anyone better at running the show than these guys :) Their level of professionalism is only exceeded by their customer service. Don't even both trying to track down another company to store your items with, you won't find any better than A to Z!! A+++++
