So far it’s very convenient with online booking and quick confirmation. I had some questions and was able to call the office, Katrina, Assistant Manager, was very helpful, answering all my questions. Thank you!
They are great!!!! No complaints easy to access plus I dropped my keys in the ocean and they replaced the lock and keys no hassle and didn't charge me extra. Highly recommend them!!!!
When we needing storage units A-Z came through, they were able to find 2 units next to each other for us. And when we didn't need the second one any longer they made it so easy. I highly recommend A-Z to anyone who needs storage either for short term or long.
Manager was rude and unprofessional. He was cussing at me and yelling so I hung up he then proceed to call Mr back over and over calling me names and even when he made me cry he still wouldn't stop. Do not conduct your buisness with these people was worst experience ever.
It's less than a 10 minute walk from the boarder and there is a little trail with a 5 minute walk to get a vehicle tag. If you are a Canadian importing a vehicle from the US and need overnight parking waiting for your ITN to import, there is nothing better than this facility.
