I wouldn’t rent a storage building again from Light house storage. I am supposed to pay $19.99 a month. They charged me $146.00. When I called the reason was they didn’t take the payment last month. But I have it on my bank statement. When I told the lady that. Then she hung up on me. Never again for a closet space!!!
I had a terrible experience at lighthouse, one location I rented to didn’t even have a door on the unit, no code, no lock, no light, nothin. I switched to a different location across town and our unit was broken into and burglarized a little over a month later, everything was stolen or smashed. There was very little camera footage, and the insurance claim system is a huge pain.
Only issue I have is my payments are setup for automatic, now I’m getting a text that I need to Make a payment. Not sure when the gates open for service anymore since the company was taken over. Probably could communicate a little better, overall it’s great.
Beth was very helpful, especially because this is my first time getting a storage unit, answered all my questions and was very patient!
I had a great experience with Matthew. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
