I had a terrible experience at lighthouse, one location I rented to didn’t even have a door on the unit, no code, no lock, no light, nothin. I switched to a different location across town and our unit was broken into and burglarized a little over a month later, everything was stolen or smashed. There was very little camera footage, and the insurance claim system is a huge pain.

Only issue I have is my payments are setup for automatic, now I’m getting a text that I need to Make a payment. Not sure when the gates open for service anymore since the company was taken over. Probably could communicate a little better, overall it’s great.

I called Lighthouse Storage today to rent a unit. I was so impressed with how Beth handled herself on the phone. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and made me feel important. I was really blown away by her tone. I will not hesitate to recommend Lighthouse to everyone! Thank you, Beth. :)

I chose to get a unit here as my parents have one because it’s very close to their house. They have held on to random things for me here & there to keep it close so I knew I wanted to give them their extra space back now that I had my own unit- well somehow I managed to get a unit DIRECTLY across from theirs, so it literally couldn’t have worked out better.
