I had a terrible experience at lighthouse, one location I rented to didn’t even have a door on the unit, no code, no lock, no light, nothin. I switched to a different location across town and our unit was broken into and burglarized a little over a month later, everything was stolen or smashed. There was very little camera footage, and the insurance claim system is a huge pain.
Only issue I have is my payments are setup for automatic, now I’m getting a text that I need to Make a payment. Not sure when the gates open for service anymore since the company was taken over. Probably could communicate a little better, overall it’s great.
I went to the westend one and the one they sent me to was occupied So they sent me to the eastend I looked at 3 there and they were also occupied So back to the westend where I looked at 3 more that were occupied with peoples stuff, I ended up finding my own unit... it was RIDICULOUS... and to top it off they don't do "refunds" so I had to take the unit or forfeit they money I paid for the ORIGINAL unit I didn't get
Beth was very helpful, especially because this is my first time getting a storage unit, answered all my questions and was very patient!
I had a great experience with Matthew. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
