I called Lighthouse Storage today to rent a unit. I was so impressed with how Beth handled herself on the phone. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and made me feel important. I was really blown away by her tone. I will not hesitate to recommend Lighthouse to everyone! Thank you, Beth. :)
I chose to get a unit here as my parents have one because it’s very close to their house. They have held on to random things for me here & there to keep it close so I knew I wanted to give them their extra space back now that I had my own unit- well somehow I managed to get a unit DIRECTLY across from theirs, so it literally couldn’t have worked out better. Spoke with Beth at Lighthouse Storage located in Greendale, IN. She was very professional, personable and efficient at her job! I am 100% satisfied with the process of renting with them /Her!!! She was great to work with!!!
When I called for pricing I was quoted $19 monthly for a 5x10 unit. However when I agreed to the sale it showed it was only a 5x5 unit. Also a $25 fee was added making it $44 for the first month rent which the fee was never mentioned until I got a notification of $44.19 debited from my account.
