Stayed here for husband's job and it was very peaceful. The grounds are kept very clean and nice, the lakes are beautiful and the spots are spacious. They have a laundry room on property and mailboxes for every spot by the offices for if you need to order things. Its close enough to town but still far enough that you dont have the sound of everyday heavy traffic. It was a very nice stay all together. We will definitely return.
Me and my husband were staying in Beaumont due to his work. We will definitely return in the future. Great family park to stay at. The only reason why I’m rating Four stars is due to the fact on Mother’s Day. We had a unexpected terrible encounter with one of the neighbors, which led to police getting involved. Me and my husband have never experience something like this at any RV parks we’ve ever stayed at. We love living here. The view of the water is amazing and the cost is affordable. They keep the grass mowed and the dumpsters emptied on a regular basis. They also offer onsite storage units for a separate cost.
EXCELLENT!!! I’ve been staying here off and on for about 3 years and have had no issues. The owner is a very nice and easy going guy and is quick to attend any issues that should arise. The slots are generously spacious and all concrete parking. Pet friendly kid friendly and a great atmosphere. Any time I work in this area I always look forward to coming to this park.
Our new home til we buy one. Clean, quiet, very home like and plenty of space... very reasonable for monthly rent. Ready to go fishing... Owner is very kind 😊
