No contract- month to month 5. Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable 6. Awesome cat that lives there. He’s pretty cool 😎 7. Surveillance EVERYWHERE! AAA will let me know ASAP if anything goes wrong 8. It’s gated!!!! 💕💕
