I purchased a unit from them and I recently had an issue with the drain coming outside they showed up the next day in uniform and very professional and courteous took care of the problem and let me know it was part of the warranty I will never use anyone else

I can’t say enough positive things about this wonderful family owned company. During the freeze of 2020. My heat went out and they had to wait on the part and instead of leaving me hanging while I was pregnant they actually brought me firewood. As soon as the part came in, they came and replaced it and I had heat.
