I am a designer and I only bring a client to a business I trust. I am more than pleased with the helpful staff and their efficiency . Extremely knowledgeable in a business that has multiple confusing parts. They have helped my clients and I through a sea of desions.
I came in at 5:02, after they closed. Just needing a fitting, employee stopped me in the parking lot to ask what I needed. He then told me to come in so he can help me out, once again, after they closed. Super nice people and good prices
Aaron staff were quite knowledgable and helpful in working through choosing and ordering the pieces we needed to update our 1/2 bath. Michelle and Jessica were patient and provided choices based on our design style. Thank you for the help!
Staff is not informed of their products. We wasted a lot of money due to their lack of expertise. Purchased a large bathroom remodel! After found out the ladies that helped us , don’t know about construction and layouts. Would not take back item. Never again !! We purposely went to a local vendor instead of a box store.
Heard great things about this place, but staff was super snotty and rude. First we were asked if we had an appointment, then told not to touch anything. We were ignored by another staff person who wouldn't make eye contact. Definitely will not go here again or recommend.
