I sent an email to them via their website asking for home wifi service. I received an automated response indicating that someone would contact me. Weeks went by and nobody did. So, I called and spoke with a very friendly and seemingly competent receptionist. We agreed on a date and a 2 hour window for a technician to provide a consult. I arranged my work schedule to accommodate the 2 hour window on the agreed date. Nobody showed. No call, no text. Nothing. Don't bother with this outfit.
