I initially worked with Ray who was so incredibly kind, calm and nonjudgmental. He explained everything to me very clearly and made sure I understood the process. He referred me to the bondsman who would be working with me, Smitty, and said I should call him between 8-9am. BUT, before I even had the chance to call, Smitty called me by 7:15am! When I first received a text from Sam, I didn't know what to expect. I have to tell you, Sam went above and beyond to help me with my daughter. Because she is located in a different area, she sent me to Smitty, who is located closer to me. He was just as helpful, kind, and knowledgeable as Sam. I have never had to experience anything like this but they made the process very easy and comfortable for me. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Smitty from ABC Bail Bonds was incredible. He was so kind and understanding, and went out of his way to help me. I wonder if he knew that being a counselor was part of his Bail Bondsman position. Thank you ABC and Smitty Teri I

I was extremely happy with the service they took care of me right away and understood my dilemma and I would use them again. Hopefully I don’t need to, but I would use them again to help me out out of a tight situation.
