Technician professional, efficient and practiced good communication
The service guy was so polite and understanding of the issue with the yellow jackets invading my home. He spent time treating both the exterior and inside area where he discovered the nest. He assured me he vacuumed about 75 -100 yellow jackets and I was very lucky not to have gotten stung. As earlier today, I was inside the area and was not aware of the nest.
