I was really impressed with Brandon at ABC Mini Storage. I didn't know how big of a storage unit I needed. I just knew all the contents of my house needed to fit in it. He was extremely helpfulI and had multiple ideas which helped me make my decision. He also made sure I got the best possible rate/ promotional rates. Even though I was late to my appointment with him, he took his time explaining everything, helping me with the paperwork, and assured my gate code worked. Clean, friendly, secure and priced right! They took the time to listen to all my rambling self-storage questions, and found the perfect size/price for my needs. VERY secure and clean storage location (and with a better view of Rainier than many homes in the area!) Would not hesitate to recommend this facility and management team.
I love the wide open spaces between buildings. The price is right, and Brandon was wonderful. He took time to in explaining things took us around.
Had auto pay set up, they changed the auto pay date without notifying me. Card was in good standings. Wouldn't wave the late fee as apparently it was my fault they changed the date. Changes happen and I'm ok with that, but I'm not ok paying extra because they didn't notify me about the date change.
This place is a nice and quiet place.. Not too crowded. I like how Darien at front desk was very helpful and patient with the issues I was having with my reservation. I like how the company also offer free carts and dollys for our move in as well. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was no way for us to cancel a reservation or even go back to the reservation we reserved and actually book the unit.
