Eddie Valdez was great!! As always, he greets me again as I'm getting out of my vehicle with a big welcoming hug. We discuss the service I'm there for and he takes my car back right away after letting me know approximately how long the service will take. I came here because my check engine light was on. I have an extended warranty through the dealership I purchased my car from, which covers all diagnostics related to warranty-covered parts. Per the agreement, I called to authorize the diagnostic beforehand, which I did before this. Ramon, the service advisor, knew about the warranty AT THE BEGINNING of service. My new car stopped moving I was able to find out there were recall on my vehicle by inserting the van into the Nissan website I was assigned to ABC Nissan and from that moment forward the entire service team was absolutely helpful, knowledgeable honest upfront and very efficient.
