Been a customer of the Service Department for many years. I’ve had experience working with service advisors Eddie, Ben and Phil (The OGs). Most recently, went in today for an oil change and break fluid flush with Eddie. He was very welcoming and polite. He communicated well and was informative about services. What a great time buying a new car! Our sales representative, Muhammad, was outstanding. He picked us up at our house, drove us to the bank, and even bought us Starbucks. His professionalism was outstanding and he made the sales process smooth and efficient. He answered everyone of our questions that we had, and he obviously knew the products (cars) that he sells. Eddie Valdez: Eddie Valdez—what an outstanding job he does. From the moment you walk in, he listens, no rushing. He knows every spec on your car like it's his own, spots issues before they snowball, and quotes you fairly—no upsell pressure. Eddie Valdez is the best that I have ever seen or have even dealt with when it comes to satisfying his customers. I drive all the way from Tucson to ABC Nissan for servicing my Nissan Murano. Eddie is stellar when it comes to customer care and fulfilling the exact needs of those he serves. Hands downs, no one does it better experiential, and hands up for praise! I cannot say enough good things about Chris the service manager, and the folks that work with him. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue, and ABC Nissan is lucky to have people like that on staff.
