Tonight Nick Lensen, Roman, Bear and Tony Cicala facilitated the purchase of my sedan. I would enthusiastically recommend them. The show/sales room is light, attractive and well-appointed. Everyone with whom I interacted was professional and helpful. An added plus is the availability of fresh popped popcorn and chilled water bottles.
I hate going to any dealership. I feel like I am taken advantage of when I go. Austin at ABC Nissan gave me the opposite feeling. He was absolutely delightful, professional, and I felt he was trying to provide me with the best customer service. I had a great experience working with Wes at ABC Nissan. He was an extremely patient and helpful salesman. He answered all the questions that I had and worked with me to find the best car I could find for a fair price. I wasn't sure about the dealership process as this was my first car but Wes guided me through everything and made the process super simple for me. I highly recommend this place!
