We ended up visiting this pediatric urgent care twice in one weekend — once for one daughter and then again for the other — and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. The care team, including Charmaine, Vanessa, Veronica, and Jackie, were incredibly kind, comforting, and efficient. Dr. Eugene Chung was amazing with my 22-month-old daughter after she had a deep lip cut. He was gentle, calm, and explained everything clearly, which really eased my worries. His care and compassion truly stood out — he treated her like his own child. So thankful for his kindness and expert guidance. Highly recommend Dr. Eugene Chung to every parent!
Daughter has been battling a nasty cough for a couple of weeks. Her regular doctor has been less than helpful. Decided to try ABC Pediatrics. We were lucky enough to meet Dr. Chung!! He was so amazing and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain the issue with my daughter in a way that made sense to both of us. The rest of the staff that we had the pleasure to interact with was incredibly warm and friendly too. We will absolutely come back here every single time.
Dr. Chung and his team were AMAZING with my toddler last night. He is deep in a stranger danger phase but somehow immediately warmed up to them. They were quick, thorough, and just genuinely great. Easily the best experience I’ve had at any urgent care or doctor’s office for that matter. Highly highly highly recommend!
Was in and out in less than 45 mins! I had to bring my son in for an ear infection and everyone was so kind and informative. We had minimal wait, the front desk receptionist was so sweet and offered my son a sticker on the way out….the nurse was so sweet and efficient with taking his vitals and the doctor was so good and interactive with us! He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. 100% recommend and will come back if needed!
