I can’t speak highly enough of Charmaine and Noelle! The level of care, attention, and professionalism they gave my ten-month old daughter is incomparable. Charmaine made sure our concerns were heard and validated. Her follow-through was excellent. She wasn’t quick to discharge- she took her time to accurately diagnose and treat. The front desk staff and nurses were incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Chung was very thorough and carefully checked my child’s condition. All the tests and prescriptions were handled quickly and efficiently. We visited late at night when all the pharmacies were already closed, but they kindly gave my child the first dose of medication right away and arranged for us to pick up the rest the next morning, which we really appreciated. I took my 11-year-old daughter to ABC because we were in the area and she needed an x-ray. On their website it said they were able to do x-rays 7-days a week. I called and confirmed this was the case. I can't say enough great things about this urgent care. All three of the staff members were awesome from the front desk lady to both nurses. They made me and my daughter feel comfortable in a difficult situation. I wish I lived closer, we would make this is primary care facility for our children. Keep up the amazing work.

I brought my 4 year old here a few nights ago for the first time and was so impressed. She had a minor injury but was in a lot of pain. The staff were amazing with her and incredibly patient. She was never rushed or forced to do anything and the NP (NP Charmaine Tuck) was able to gain her trust and calm her, despite the pain she was in. Since all urgent cares closer to us had closed earlier in the evening, I made the drive to ABC pediatrics even though it was 30 minutes away. Patient First was backed up 2.5 hours a day after Christmas. We fortunately found ABC and WOW! What a fantastic experience. We live in Haymarket and it was a quick drive up 15. From their online appointment scheduling, first pick up from their receptionist, amazing nurse, and finally we met the doctor. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was great, immediate results on Flu test, medication sent to our pharmacy, could not have had a better experience. Thank you!
