Patient First was backed up 2.5 hours a day after Christmas. We fortunately found ABC and WOW! What a fantastic experience. We live in Haymarket and it was a quick drive up 15. From their online appointment scheduling, first pick up from their receptionist, amazing nurse, and finally we met the doctor. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was great, immediate results on Flu test, medication sent to our pharmacy, could not have had a better experience. Thank you!
So excited to learn Dr. Chung had finally opened his own practice! Our youngest son has special needs and we’ve been fortunate enough to keep getting Dr. Chung over the years every place he moved to. He is the absolute best and his staff are handpicked so if you’re looking for quality care and medical professionals who solve for the cause - look no further!!
We ended up visiting this pediatric urgent care twice in one weekend — once for one daughter and then again for the other — and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. The care team, including Charmaine, Vanessa, Veronica, and Jackie, were incredibly kind, comforting, and efficient. Daughter has been battling a nasty cough for a couple of weeks. Her regular doctor has been less than helpful. Decided to try ABC Pediatrics. We were lucky enough to meet Dr. Chung!! He was so amazing and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain the issue with my daughter in a way that made sense to both of us. The rest of the staff that we had the pleasure to interact with was incredibly warm and friendly too. We will absolutely come back here every single time.
Dr. Chung and his team were AMAZING with my toddler last night. He is deep in a stranger danger phase but somehow immediately warmed up to them. They were quick, thorough, and just genuinely great. Easily the best experience I’ve had at any urgent care or doctor’s office for that matter. Highly highly highly recommend!
