We've been here three times so far. Every visit has been so easy! Every member of the staff is friendly and so helpful. The people at the front desk are professional and welcoming. The nurses are wonderful with my daughter. Today we met with Dr. Chung. He was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. ABC Pediatric Urgent Care will be a saved number in my phone for sure.
Patient First was backed up 2.5 hours a day after Christmas. We fortunately found ABC and WOW! What a fantastic experience. We live in Haymarket and it was a quick drive up 15. From their online appointment scheduling, first pick up from their receptionist, amazing nurse, and finally we met the doctor. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was great, immediate results on Flu test, medication sent to our pharmacy, could not have had a better experience. Thank you!
Daughter has been battling a nasty cough for a couple of weeks. Her regular doctor has been less than helpful. Decided to try ABC Pediatrics. We were lucky enough to meet Dr. Chung!! He was so amazing and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain the issue with my daughter in a way that made sense to both of us. The rest of the staff that we had the pleasure to interact with was incredibly warm and friendly too. We will absolutely come back here every single time.
Dr. Chung and his team were AMAZING with my toddler last night. He is deep in a stranger danger phase but somehow immediately warmed up to them. They were quick, thorough, and just genuinely great. Easily the best experience I’ve had at any urgent care or doctor’s office for that matter. Highly highly highly recommend!
Staff were friendly and accommodating! Doctor Chung was great and very informative. We went in before closing and was glad coz they were the only one open close to our area on a weekend. My son got the care he needed and now recovering pretty well. Will definitely keep them on our list!
