I can’t speak highly enough of Charmaine and Noelle! The level of care, attention, and professionalism they gave my ten-month old daughter is incomparable. Charmaine made sure our concerns were heard and validated. Her follow-through was excellent. She wasn’t quick to discharge- she took her time to accurately diagnose and treat. The front desk staff and nurses were incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Chung was very thorough and carefully checked my child’s condition. All the tests and prescriptions were handled quickly and efficiently. We visited late at night when all the pharmacies were already closed, but they kindly gave my child the first dose of medication right away and arranged for us to pick up the rest the next morning, which we really appreciated. We had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. The front desk lady was so welcoming and kind, and the nurse was incredibly sweet and caring with our child. Dr. Eugene provided outstanding care. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. He listened carefully to all of our concerns, answered every question, and was extremely knowledgeable. We were on vacation for my daughter’s softball tournament and my three year old came down with an ear infection. His primary suggested an urgent care. Every interaction with ABC was amazing they kept in contact with me via phone every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Dr.Chung and his staff were very warm and professional. We are so lucky to have been in the right place and the most needed time with our little one. Dr. Chung has treated our baby so well and welcomed us to call / drop by if need be to revisit. Thank you Dr.Chung. You made our minds calm when we were so nervous about handling baby’s pain.
