I’ve been to several pediatric urgent cares in the area, and this one is by far the best. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and efficient. The office was clean and well-run, and we were seen quickly without feeling rushed. Dr. Chung and Nurse Noelle were so wonderful, took the time to listen, address our concerns, gave us wonderful and through advice, and made the experience really welcoming for my 4 year old who is a bit nervous around doctors. We've been here three times so far. Every visit has been so easy! Every member of the staff is friendly and so helpful. The people at the front desk are professional and welcoming. The nurses are wonderful with my daughter. Today we met with Dr. Chung. He was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. ABC Pediatric Urgent Care will be a saved number in my phone for sure.
Such a lifesaver! Went in with my 18 month old after 9:00 at night, and I was able to fill out all the paperwork on my phone in the car on the way there. No wait, everyone was kind, nice place, and Dr Chung was amazing! He explained everything so clearly and put our minds at ease. So thankful to have this as an option as opposed to waiting hours in an ER. I highly recommend!
I brought my 4 year old here a few nights ago for the first time and was so impressed. She had a minor injury but was in a lot of pain. The staff were amazing with her and incredibly patient. She was never rushed or forced to do anything and the NP (NP Charmaine Tuck) was able to gain her trust and calm her, despite the pain she was in. Since all urgent cares closer to us had closed earlier in the evening, I made the drive to ABC pediatrics even though it was 30 minutes away. Patient First was backed up 2.5 hours a day after Christmas. We fortunately found ABC and WOW! What a fantastic experience. We live in Haymarket and it was a quick drive up 15. From their online appointment scheduling, first pick up from their receptionist, amazing nurse, and finally we met the doctor. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was great, immediate results on Flu test, medication sent to our pharmacy, could not have had a better experience. Thank you!
