I am very pleased with the care that the team at ABC Pediatric Urgent Care provided my daughter. I also appreciate the thoughtfulness that they had tvs not just in the the lobby but also in each room because it helped calm my daughter down to watch videos of Americas Funniest Bunnies and other type shows to help keep her mind off the pain while we waited. We were on vacation for my daughter’s softball tournament and my three year old came down with an ear infection. His primary suggested an urgent care. Every interaction with ABC was amazing they kept in contact with me via phone every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Going into the office was probably the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere. We are only here for a short time but i highly recommend this urgent care to everyone. Im so grateful for the time that Dr. Chung took to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. The team is very caring and knowledgeable and we didnt feel rushed at all. We will definitely be using them again for any future visits/needs!
Great experience overall. Everyone is super kind and helpful. They provide great Pediatric resources for outside providers in surrounding areas. Especially moving to an area that doesn’t provide a lot of Pediatric Urgent Care services like the area we moved from in the Southeast part of VA. Gives you an option other than Family Practice and the ER. I highly recommend ABC!! Thank you!!
I can’t speak highly enough of Charmaine and Noelle! The level of care, attention, and professionalism they gave my ten-month old daughter is incomparable. Charmaine made sure our concerns were heard and validated. Her follow-through was excellent. She wasn’t quick to discharge- she took her time to accurately diagnose and treat.
