This is hands down the BEST pediatric office New Braunfels has to offer! We originally came here for a newborn screening that couldn’t be done at our current pediatrician, so I found this office and scheduled an appointment—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the receptionists were absolutely amazing. They were so warm, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Paula at the front desk is an absolute ANGEL! She is always so helpful, kind, calm and caring. I’ve never seen her have a bad day when we come and she makes sure the office flows smoothly. The NP and Doctors there have been nothing short of amazing. Never long waits and always clean which is a major plus. We appreciate you angels!
I DON'T LIKE CALLING AND GETTING SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND CANT UNDERSTAND. I tried to obtain a new referal for my son and I couldnt understand the lady for the life of me. I love the dr"s we have seen I went there as a child from birth until I 21 I saw dr ownes now i have 13 year twins that have been going since birth and this new process isnt it.
Dr. Reagan was extremely professional and respectful throughout the entire evaluation. She made me feel comfortable and confident while she cared for her patient. She demonstrated strong knowledge and confidence in her field, addressing my concerns without hesitation. I truly appreciate the way she handled the treatment, including carefully cleaning her patients nostril with skill and care. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever experienced, and I highly recommend her.
I have only been here two times and I will never ever come to this location ever again. ABC D pediatrics should have never affiliated themselves with this location. I brought my son in earlier in the week who was diagnosed with the flu and on that visit, no one ever looks at us when they’re greeting us they look like they can’t be troubled to help people that are checking in And they spend the entire time not checking voicemails not answering phone calls, but chitchatting and gossiping about their personal lives.
