This is hands down the BEST pediatric office New Braunfels has to offer! We originally came here for a newborn screening that couldn’t be done at our current pediatrician, so I found this office and scheduled an appointment—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the receptionists were absolutely amazing. They were so warm, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Paula at the front desk is an absolute ANGEL! She is always so helpful, kind, calm and caring. I’ve never seen her have a bad day when we come and she makes sure the office flows smoothly. The NP and Doctors there have been nothing short of amazing. Never long waits and always clean which is a major plus. We appreciate you angels!
I DON'T LIKE CALLING AND GETTING SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND CANT UNDERSTAND. I tried to obtain a new referal for my son and I couldnt understand the lady for the life of me. I love the dr"s we have seen I went there as a child from birth until I 21 I saw dr ownes now i have 13 year twins that have been going since birth and this new process isnt it.
Dr. Reagan was extremely professional and respectful throughout the entire evaluation. She made me feel comfortable and confident while she cared for her patient. She demonstrated strong knowledge and confidence in her field, addressing my concerns without hesitation. I truly appreciate the way she handled the treatment, including carefully cleaning her patients nostril with skill and care. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever experienced, and I highly recommend her.
Dr Reiger took her time with my 15 year old daughter, really listening to a litany of issues and coming up with some great options for us. We will see her again and thank you for the wonderful care!
