Had a great experience at the Buffalo Gap office! I am elderly and on a walker. I went in to make a number of transactions. Mariah waited on me. She was very nice! She got everything right and understood me perfectly!
Went in very nervous to refinance my car as I’ve had it since 2019 and never attempted to do it before. My interest rate dropped 2% and my monthly payments went down almost $100. I was also able to remove my co-signer. After we finished my car I was able to have my husband call in and the loan officer was able to extend his loan out to lower his payments by almost $300 without losing his low interest rate. I love that this branch stays open til 6, it’s very helpful. I’ve been with teachers for over a decade and I love it. My family has been going through Becky Turner for longer than that and she’s amazing. Really friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend her and Teachers!
