Well, I’ve always been really satisfied with Abilene teachers Federal credit Union, but they’ve changed so much you’re not a owner anymore. You are a number. They’re a like a big bank or credit union they don’t treat you like family anymore. all my bankers that I used to work with have retired and now I’m getting bankers that don’t even know And it’s about the big companies. Refinancing a new truck for a better interest rate and lower payment was simple and smooth. Becca was great and the process couldn’t have been easier.
Went in very nervous to refinance my car as I’ve had it since 2019 and never attempted to do it before. My interest rate dropped 2% and my monthly payments went down almost $100. I was also able to remove my co-signer. After we finished my car I was able to have my husband call in and the loan officer was able to extend his loan out to lower his payments by almost $300 without losing his low interest rate.
