Update- our BBB complaint was outright rejected by this company No attempt was made by this company to resolve any issues. Current count of people I have warned not to use your company- 9. I have a football meeting to attend tonight. I will be sure to tell them all of our experience. Since you have no intention of wanting to be an honest business with a strong moral compass, I will increase my efforts to see you lose business to PTC.
