We didn’t have a good experience with our son. He told me that they only played video games and watch YouTube videos. He’s autistic level 1 and he can do tons of things by himself but he struggles with potty training. And I mentioned this so many times. Every day I picked him up from this school his pants were smelly and also there was much poop. A friend of mine sent his kid there at the same time we did because we found this could be a good option. But she told me she had a very bad experience too.
I live in the apartment complex here and this company doesn't have any of their own parking. They do pick up and drop offs in the red zone. I've seen people almost hit each others cars because the road isn't wide enough when people park there. It turns a two way road into a one way road. It just becomes dangerous when people pull down the road at the same time from opposite directions on a two way road that is forced to be only wide enough for 1 car when people park there. I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Sessions for children are frequently canceled at the last minute, with families receiving only a short text message—sometimes just ten minutes before—rather than a proper phone call. This ongoing pattern is both unprofessional and disrespectful to the families they serve.
I have had an amazing experience so far! Everyone from the therapist to the bt has been so helpful, sweet and just all around amazing to work with. My son loves going everyday and if he’s having a bad day before he gets there they know how to help him and everyone in the facility helps to make him happy and changes his mood. We are loving ABS Kids for my son! Have had great experiences and have loved everyone we've worked with. We've only been going for a little over a month and we can already see improvement!
