Avoid at all costs! Does not even deserve the 1 star rating but I need to get this out! This company is the most dishonest and abusive company we have ever been in. They are verbally abusive to the parents and children. Specifically the director Megan Piegzik yeah the director of all people. I have receipts as proof as well if anyone would care to see. I have had an amazing experience so far! Everyone from the therapist to the bt has been so helpful, sweet and just all around amazing to work with. My son loves going everyday and if he’s having a bad day before he gets there they know how to help him and everyone in the facility helps to make him happy and changes his mood. My child has been going here for 3 years! We love our team and all the time they put in to help him! He was not speaking or making any kind of sounds. He now is repeating words, making better eye contact, starting to follow simple directions! We are very grateful for ABS kids❤️
Here is my experience with ABS kids. The first three years were AMAZING. I give all (but two) staff members that have worked with our son five stars. Absolutely. They have changed our lives, taught me how to be a better and more understanding mom for my son with autism, and helped my son grow LEAPS and bounds over the years. We started with ABS 2 years ago and for the first year we had almost no problems. We were delighted with our therapists, the standard of care received and in fact felt very lucky to have such a smooth experience. Then about 8 months ago everything changed. Our beloved BCBA left the company due to health reasons. Our son was very attached to her and we were promised they would find someone equally as good (impossible) and make the transition as smooth as possible.
