First, let me start off saying ABS kids is an amazing origination with strong values and standards. The people who work hands on with the kids are truly amazing and care deeply about the work they provide. Julia at the front desk is warm and always welcoming. The center is clean and well designed with safety measures in place that make me feel comfortable with dropping my child off there (knowing that my child is at high risk for elopement). Communication is a HUGE negative for me with this company. I waited almost a year for a diagnosis appointment and when I finally got one, I was called 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment to be told the provider was on leave and the appointment was being dropped. I was offered another day to come in however it was the very next day. My original appointment day comes around and boom I’m getting emails advising that the appointment is still scheduled? The photo is of a teddy bear in a tree in the parking lot at ABS KIDS. I couldn’t help but share it. Anyway, the people here are professional and kind and give their best to the kids they serve. They are prompt in letting you know of any schedule change or any other issues of concern. They take the time to get to know your kiddo before jumping right in to services and they really listen to what the needs are of the child and family. 100% recommended!
ABS Kids has truly been a blessing to my family. I've noticed a big improvement in my son's behavior and his willingness to be more independent.
