I already talked to Samantha and that is the person who dismissed the fact my child was hurt and would not take accountability that my child was repeatedly injured and no one knew exactly how, even though she had 1 on 1 care. Anita was the person I suspect in there bullying my child. My daughter would scream and run anytime she saw her, but when your only focus as a company, is profit, safety and accountability isn’t always prioritized. I am very disappointed in ABS Kids. I have a son that recently was diagnosed with Autism and we were looking into various ABA Therapy locations that we could place our son in. After glowing reviews from various Friends and contacts in the area, my wife and I had thought that ABS Kids would be a great fit for our Son. Absolutely amazing people that work here, every single face that I've seen walk through the doors here has an absolute amazing vibe. The way they are very thorough, handle communication and how they treat my child is above and absolutely beyond. You can tell the therapists here love working with these children, and the bonds are strong. If I could choose any place for my child to go, it would be here 10000000 times over!!! We love the care and attention our child receives. Within a month our son is now speaking and socializing. His team is very communicative with us as parents. The most important part is that our son enjoys waking up to go. He gives us no problems to go to therapy.
Great staff.everyone is very engaged with their kids and my son loves this facility. Kudos to this center and Thank You ! This Facility is a great Choice.
