If I could give this company a negative review I certainly would. I had open heart surgery November 21st 2025. I went home from the ICU 4 days after surgery after being assigned to this company. I had a electric recliner that I made myself comfortable in , I was told that my home health care aide would be here the next day however she called and said she couldn't make it. Karla Lugtu single-handedly nursed me back to health. She was caring, patient, and incredibly protective of my injury throughout my recovery. Abundant definitely has one of the very best nurses on their staff. Her compassion, dedication, and genuine concern made a difficult time so much easier for me. I am truly going to miss her, and I pray that God continues to bless her abundantly for all she does for others. My home health nurse Angelo was absolutely amazing!! He took care of my wound care for about 3 months until my wounds finally healed! Very gentle, professional and very responsive when I needed to change appointments. I recommend using Abundant home health care, even speaking to staff on the phone was helpful and they made sure I was taken care of by my wound care doctor as well. Definitely worth giving 5+ stars! Bitter sweet that I won’t see my nurse anymore but we are all so happy the wounds have completely healed 🙌🏻
My home health nurse Raheel has been doing my wound Care for almost a year. He does a quick and efficient job each time and even offers to order me food if I haven't eaten. I politely decline but it is so nice of him to offer.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TIMELY CARE, CLEAR COMMUNICATION, AND A SMOOTHER RECOVERY PROCESS, I WOULD RECOMMEND CONSIDERING ANOTHER COMPANY. DELAYS IN ESSENTIAL SERVICES LIKE PHYSICAL THERAPY CAN UNNECESSARILY PROLONG RECOVERY AND CREATE ADDITIONAL STRESS FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. My mother had a knee replacement over a week ago and still has not received any physical therapy services.
