RecommendedCalling a repair service can be scary. My Dad's A/C went out while visiting him in Florida. They were honest, detailed and fixed an advanced issue and still were over 25% less than a company that tried ripping my dad off. The installer was really nice and meticulous. They spoke highly of one another. They even helped with some extra documentation we needed. I highly recommend their service.

I had a new unit installed just over two years ago. I have been charged for a broken part over and over again. Owner said he would look into the unit being a lemon. Then sent a tech out to fix the broken part again. It broke again yesterday, so here I am paying again to have them come out and fix the SAME broken part. Technicians are great. Company, not so much.
I had to have my 60 amp circuit breaker replaced for my AC disconnect box outside. The mechanic told me that the office said the disconnect fuse usually cost 700 hours but they will let me have them for 250. Not knowing any better, I needed my AC turn back on, so I said go ahead and replace it Here to find out that the 60 amp circuit replaced the most expensive one I could find online was only $130 so I think I got ripped off for 100 and some dollars. by far the worst company I have done business with should be reported to BBB. Continuous issues with new unit since install for past 2 years, broken promises to fix and make right, no follow up, no notes by technicians, unit is leaking water always. Cant keep technicians that know what they are doing employed apparently. There is now water damage in my garage! to walls and base of AC.
