Every experience I have had at Acacia has been absolutely amazing! They are affordable, clean, caring, and scheduling is easy. I have a fearful and sometimes reactive rescue dog as well as an easy going pup who loves the vet and they are accommodating for both of them.
They are very friendly and seem comprehensive. We however have vert good pet insurance. Previous vets have had no problems submitting our bills for reimbursement. Acacia staff has not, to this date sent in proper documentation for insurance reimbursement ever. On phone actually right now attempting to get all his records to insurance. My insurance is excellent. Never had this type of delay b4. Acacia takes really good care of my cat, Paulie. Semi-recently moved here, and had a long standing relationship with a vet in Colorado, so was worried by the prospect of having to find someone new. But the entire staff at Acacia have been great with Paulie, both for routine stuff and a couple of urgent care needs too. Cautious and thorough without being over the top and ordering procedures and tests for the hell of it. I have taken my cat to Acacia for two years and I’m auger pleased with everyone I’ve met there. My cat can be skittish and nervous around new people, but each staff member has been calm and kind with her to the point where she starts to purr during the exam! They are thorough and knowledgeable, honest about treatment and prices, willing to answer whatever I needed to know, and I would recommend Acacia to anyone looking for a reliable and personable vet.
I love Dr. Wilson and her staff! I chose this animal hospital on a random whim from a list of complimentary vet visits post-adoption from PACC and I made a great choice. The office is on-call for pet questions and well-educated in their respective field. They are so loving towards my animals and patient with anxious pet owners. Request Dr. Wilson for your kitty!
