Dr. Zook is wonderful, however the staff needs to be educated, they always call me rescheduling appts, they give me wrong info on billing then ask me to call the home office to try and correct it, their new location is awesome, I've been using Dr Zook for many years, as mentioned he's great but the staff is all under trained, when calling in prescriptions the pharmacist said they code it wrong to where I have to pay much more than if it was coded correctly
