First visit and I couldn’t be more impressed! Dr. Amy was absolutely amazing — kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The staff was just as wonderful — professional, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to the front office assistant who was so friendly and efficient. I’m really glad I chose this office and highly recommend Dr. Amy and her team to anyone looking for excellent dermatological care!
I am glad I called this office to get my Dad seen. They scheduled an appointment within a week of my call. The office staff were very easy to work with and the Doctor and her Assistant were great. They explained everything so Dad could understand. We will definitely be going back.
The staff at the S. Myrtle Street office are excellent! The care and concern demonstrated from check-in through check-out is above and beyond. Evie went the extra mile recently to find a way to fit me in for a same-day appt. when I called recently with an unexpected issue that had created much discomfort. From the front office to the back- everyone was very nice, and welcoming. Dr Zook checked my area of concern and explained why it is like it is. Gave some options of treatment or things I can do myself. Thank you all! I will be back.
As always, I have a great experience at the Derm. April is my provider and she is always positive and informative. I am grateful to have them so close and also efficient. I never have to wait for my appointment more than 10 minutes in the lobby.
