It took no time at all to book my appointment and I was able to be seen the following week... The time in the waiting room was less than 15min- once the medical assistant was done with me, the ARNP Kirstie Dicherrry was in the exam room within a few minutes... She asked my concerns, following up with an extremely thorough exam from scalp to feet... This place is amazing I got a same day appointment the MA worked tirelessly to get my insurance approval for my medications. They are truly a Godsend when you are tired of the run around of all the other Drs and you need to get help
They were okay. My daughter received treatment for her eczema but they gave us so many prescriptions and nothing with the information all written down so by the time I got the medicines and had forgotten which to use when, I had no references. They were pleasant but I would not call them friendly. The doctor or nurse practitioners (not really sure who she was or her title) seemed like she didn't want to touch my daughters hands and simply looked at them from her seat.
