I don’t know what clinic is being praised in the review because my trip to the facility was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! First I had to wait 1 month to be seen— when I got there the office was closed.. A sign on the window said GO TO MAIN HOSPITAL—-when I got there, no one at the front desk could help me- when I asked for a wheelchair, they that the wheelchairs were contracted out and I would have to notify the company. I’ve been waiting months for a new pt appt. I had to reschedule once and gave a month in advance. No problem rescheduled to today. They called to say they have to cancel for today because the person I’m seeing is sick. The kicker is-the next appt I can get is the end of January. How am I wait 6 months as a new pt appointment and they let me know the morning of that it needs to be reschedule? I can’t see another physician or even get anything sooner at this location. Was going to be seen here but takes months to get in and the lady I talked to was so rude. All I asked was to be put on the waitlist if I schedule. We didn’t even make it that far. From the reviews, I see the reschedule a lot last minute. Not worth it.
Great practice!!!!!!!!!. Natalie is so caring and very detailed. I’ve been seeing so many dermatologists and nathali has by far been the best provider. Her assistant Dajia is so sweet and funny, they really make you feel like family and very comfortable.
