I’ve been waiting months for a new pt appt. I had to reschedule once and gave a month in advance. No problem rescheduled to today. They called to say they have to cancel for today because the person I’m seeing is sick. The kicker is-the next appt I can get is the end of January. How am I wait 6 months as a new pt appointment and they let me know the morning of that it needs to be reschedule? I can’t see another physician or even get anything sooner at this location. Was going to be seen here but takes months to get in and the lady I talked to was so rude. All I asked was to be put on the waitlist if I schedule. We didn’t even make it that far. From the reviews, I see the reschedule a lot last minute. Not worth it.
Great practice!!!!!!!!!. Natalie is so caring and very detailed. I’ve been seeing so many dermatologists and nathali has by far been the best provider. Her assistant Dajia is so sweet and funny, they really make you feel like family and very comfortable.

I have been going there for three years, and I always get the best and exceptional service from the front desk to our PA Nathalie Rodriguiz ( Riverview Office). She is the best, professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure she answers all our concerns. My daughter had acne and eczema, and she has improved so much that she barely has acne any more. I even took my ten year old who has an itchy scalp there. Very happy amd thankful. Best person and place for your dermatological concerns.
