If I could give zero stars, I would. This office's failure to send my pathology slides to my surgeon at Memorial Sloan Kettering is actively jeopardizing my care. The request was submitted over two weeks ago and still nothing. I have followed up repeatedly for the past 12 days, and still, nothing has been done. Because of their inability to complete a basic and time sensitive task, my surgery to remove melanoma now has to be postponed. That is not just unprofessional — it is dangerously negligent. Had such a great and easy experience at this office. Have been dermatologist shopping around Tampa for 5 years and not only is it easy to get an appointment but the service is excellent and Lauren was great at addressing my medical concerns. I feel like a lot of dermatology offices are aesthetics-driven but I never felt that way here (though I do think they offer those things and would happily do it here if I wanted.) Will be recommending this office to friends!!
I have been visiting this office for more than 8 years and today, they made me wait for more than 30 minutes without any explanation. When I open the patient´s room door looking for an explanation, I found the medical staff chatting outside. The explanation for my waiting was the she was “teaching” then meaning that my time as patient is not important. Love Ally! My kids and I have been seeing her for years at the Swann location. She's patient, answers all your questions, and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend her more. The check in & check out staff are always sweet & welcoming too.
The staff in the Swann office is simply amazing! They did so much work and had so much patience with getting my medication approved and filled at the pharmacy. They went above and beyond and was so empathetic during the whole process. They were responsive to every question I had and overall I felt how much they really cared. Thank you for advocating for your patients and the time you spend helping your patients.
